Guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. There is also a cozy living room where people can gather, eat, and socialize like a family.

I recently stayed at Victoria House in Genoa for 6 days. It was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing all the information and maps I needed for my day trips to Cinque Terre and Portofino. The atmosphere was welcoming and home-like, and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The location, right next to the train station, was very convenient for exploring the area. The walking tour led by Spyro was amazing and one of the best I've ever been on. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The facilities were great, showers were the best in a hostel, and the kitchen was excellent. The building was incredible, and the old lift was super cool. The openness and roominess of the place allowed for meeting people from Europe and South America. Cooking and coffee-making in the morning was enjoyable, and the staff was relaxed and welcoming.

The hostel had a great location, with the metro station nearby and easy access to the city center. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided useful information and recommendations for exploring the city. the hostel offered free breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
That the staff seemed a bit forgetful, possibly due to ongoing renovations. Another issue was that there were some reports of bed bugs, which could be concerning.

My stay at the hostel was amazing! From the moment I arrived until I left, everything was perfect. I had the opportunity to meet people from different countries and exchange cultural experiences. The hostel organized fantastic tours, such as the Aperitivo Tour with two wonderful volunteers named Nabila and Cata. We visited beautiful places in the city, enjoyed Sangria, and relaxed at the beach. It was a fantastic experience. The Genova City-Tour with Spyros was also incredible! He showed us a different side of Genova, and we even had breaks to savor some delicious Focaccia, Gelato, and Pasta. It was the ideal way to explore the city!
Didn't dislike anything about the property 😊.

The hostel was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, always eager to give directions and tips. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lockers for our belongings. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and not too far from the main square. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus.
That the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially in the corners. However, everything else about the hostel more than made up for it.
